About Our Facility

Brightcliff Habitat occupies a converted agricultural building set on two acres of enclosed land on the outskirts of Thornbury. Our purpose-built facility includes 32 individual boarding suites, professional grooming stations, dedicated training areas, and secure outdoor exercise spaces.

We're fully licensed under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act and maintain comprehensive insurance for all services provided.

By Car

From the M5, take junction 16 and follow the A38 towards Thornbury. After approximately 3 miles, turn left onto Meadowbrook Lane at the roundabout by the garden centre. Our entrance is 400 metres on the right, marked by green signage. Free parking is available for all visitors.

By Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is Thornbury High Street, served by routes 78 and 309 from Bristol city centre. From there, it's approximately a 15-minute walk along Morton Way and Meadowbrook Lane. Alternatively, local taxi services are available from the town centre.

From Bristol City Centre

Head north on the A38 through Filton and Almondsbury. Continue on the A38 past the M5 junction. The journey typically takes 25-30 minutes outside peak hours. Sat nav users can enter postcode BS35 2PA for accurate directions.
